End User License Agreement (EULA)

Client Ownership and Rights Upon completion of the project

The client shall own all rights to the completed work, including but not limited to website design, development, and content, subject to any third-party rights, licenses or agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by W3BUK are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. W3BUK makes no representations or warranties in relation to the services or the information and materials provided on the website. You use the services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall W3BUK, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services or with the delay or inability to use the services, or for any information, products, and services obtained through the services, or otherwise arising out of the use of the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.

Amendments

W3BUK may modify this EULA at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified EULA on the W3BUK website. Your continued use of the services after any such modifications have been made shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. User may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. W3BUK may terminate this Agreement if User breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this EULA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices and legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy on our website and notify you of any material changes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and W3BUK and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.

By using the Software provided by W3BUK, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User may not use the Software.
