Bookings & Cancellation Policy

At W3BUK, we offer our clients the flexibility to pay for our services on a monthly basis, with no upfront costs or deposits required. Our payment plans are designed to make it easier for you to budget for your project, without the worry of large upfront payments.

Booking Your Project

Once you have made the decision to work with us, we will provide you with a detailed project proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment plan. To book your project, we require you to sign the proposal and return it to us. This confirms your acceptance of the proposal, and secures your project in our production queue.

Monthly Payment Options

Our monthly payment plans are designed to make it easier for you to budget for your project. We offer flexible payment options to fit your needs, including monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly payments. Our payment plans can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your project. If you need to cancel your project, we require at least 30 days’ notice.

 

Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate, and any prepaid fees will be forfeited. If you have chosen to pay for your project on a monthly basis, you will be billed for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, and the monthly payments will be stopped.

Please note that cancelling your project may result in a delay in the completion of your project, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit your project back into our production schedule.
